“Had heat pump cleaned by a different company only for heat pump to stop working!! Was told it was a fault with the model. After two days without heating I called John. Within 3 hours heat pump was cleaned (the other company had clogged it up in the cleaning process!!) and running like never before. Amazing service, could not fault McClelland. Will be recommending them to everyone. 5 plus stars. Local legends 😊”

“Wonderful service. Arrived for quote on Saturday and installed two days later. Friendly lads arrived on time and did a wonderful clean job of removing old and installing new heat pump. Asked if I needed help with remote etc. A lovely warm and cosy home again. Highly recommend this company. Thank you.”
